Many long term unemployed and other disadvantaged groups need more help, support and motivation to get back onto the pathway to work. Some may never have been on it.

The service is high touch and high quality, which minimises the risk of people falling at the usual hurdles and dropping out of the programme. It also greatly reduces the chances of people being placed in employment before they are job ready or leaving the job quickly and re-entering unemployment, regaining negative behaviours and outlook.
Recro engages with employers at a strategic level which allows us to work efficiently and effectively with leadership, HR, CSR and training teams, delivering a higher quality service than what is often experienced for both employers and candidates.
We also provide consultancy for employers and help enable them to understand and access funding and training budgets that they are eligible for as well as reducing their cost and time per hire.
