Recro is a consultancy providing employability and recruitment solutions.
We work with partners to provide bespoke, intensive programmes for the long term unemployed and other disadvantaged groups, increasing their self esteem, aspiration, belief and motivation and helping them into sustainable employment. This is enhanced with high touch, high quality coaching.
Recro also works with businesses meeting their employment and corporate social responsibility needs. We help access funding and training streams and better co-ordinate the placement of candidates.
Recro operates as a social enterprise and will reinvest profit back into the business, community and other social enterprises.
